Totally get it. I threw out a shitty comment wherein I overestimated my sense of humor and my "black" card. I been posting here for a long time and if that comment can make some dudes question how "black" I am, given my posting history on racial shit, I respect dudes enough to pull back and evaluate what I said and the context. I coulda just said fuck these dudes and their feelings, but I apologized, because I can see their side of it very clearly. And I really do respect these dudes feelings. But I definitely get the sense that niggas who already had an axe to grind from our supposedly
fun lil shit-talkin are taking an opening to be indignant. So, like I said, if they can't take a sincere apology...fuck 'em.

I would say they come across they way if you're kinda programmed for them to come off that way.
Niggas wanted to be mad about that. I don't support anyone doing dumb shit with casting, which is why non-actors like India Arie being suggested by people who don't give a fuck about filmmaking annoyed me and I went hard in the thread. It's motion pictures, dog...not sit still and look like Nina Simone pictures. It amazes me that acting ability is the least valued qualification for some people when they're talking about biopics.

I get that. That's totally my opinion. But there's no evidence WHO wrote that letter either, which is why it should been thrown in the garbage...it ain't worth the effort. It "exposed" nothing we didn't know and it definitely exposed no one. It's just more noise.
