I don't think I will get any stronger...so my mission of benching 4 plates (I'm this close ><) prolly won't happenI've increased cardio and that has made a MAJOR difference in my lifeat this point i'm just looking to maintain, strengthen my core, continue more cardio, still lift and come down to about 235ish and stay therebut I will say that I'm proud of myself for updating my body
