I go to the gym 3 days a week before work.I was looking to add some different lifts to my workout.Found out about the Farmers Walk from Men's Health.http://www.crossfitespoo.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/farmers-walk.jpgI did it with 50 pound weights in each hand.It proceeded to kick my ass. And it was great.Gonna be a minute before I attack it again, but I like it.
