I quit pushing myself before they got too bad (I think the crew at KosherSam's thing saw them around the worst of it, so it wasn't full-blown crippling), but figuring out exactly how to get back into the swing of things is tricky as shit.
I tried easing back into my usual basketball routine (I had been playing three times a week-- pushed it to four times a week around the time the pain started, not a coincidence I'm sure) by just playing once last week and doing simple shootaround exercise stuff two other days, with plenty of rest. I'd taken roughly two and a half weeks off, and the light exercises/shootaround stuff hadn't aggravated anything. After I played my one time last week though, I still didn't feel 100% and felt some pain come back. Pushing will just make it worse, but unless I try it out some, I have no clue when I'll be 100%.
I know some of y'all have dealt with this before. Advice? I got new in-soles, plenty of ice packs, etc.
