These past couple of days, I just veered off the path(had split pea soup , cooked greens & quinoa yesterday). I got some coconuts from Everlasting Life, so I'm going 2 make a coco-mango smoothie, w/ ginseng, this w/e. 2night should b peace w/ the massages, & all. W. the snow, I just needed something thick, and hot in my system. I think I could do cooked foods 1-2 days a week, and b peace.
