I ate some roasted sunflower seeds 2day, so I messed up there, but once I realized they weren't Live, I just kept cracking, and eating. Besides that, I had some of a side of Live Kale and Live Pasta from Yabba that I picked up yesterday. I plan 2 eat off those 4 the week-end. Monday & Tuesday I'm planning a Live soup of carrots, celery, onions, & Lime Juice.
I've been feeling dizzy, light-headed and crampy, which Skai stated would happen.
It's caused by toxin release, and mucoid plaque formation, which I see floating around in my stool.
My emotions? Fatigue. I'm not sure if that is an emotion or not, but I feel fatigued. I'm 'laying low' this w/e. Not going 2 the pot-luck 2night. I'll do the exercise thing in the park though, probably.
