I've returned to cooked food, about 40%. I'm about 2 fast from solid foods for the Winter Soltice & Kwanzaa, so I felt I needed something filling for a few days before then. Actually, the day after the solstice is when I'll begin, since the raw feast ending this fast is on the actual day of the solstice. I did want 2 share some ideas 4 winter foods to eat, 4 bulk & substance, though: Parsnips, Turnips, & Spaghetti Squash.
