I'm more into praying on my own, and doing right by the Lord from within. It's to the point where it's a lot harder to find a church without corruption. One of the churches that my family used to attend, the pastor fathered a child from a 16 year old...pastor was married with 3 kids in the church, after that point, it was downhill from there. Another thing about churches, it seems as though a lot of people go there for entertainment rather than to learn about the word of God and to pray and worship. People "caught the spirit" to get attention, while other people use it to show off their new worldly possessions, while other cats use the church as a dating service, it's a damn shame. If you like your church, then stay...but the Lord said any man can come to him, so it seems to me that if it's more trouble than it's worth, do your worship at home...where you know you're free from corruption. The Lord will understand.
