Heres what I do 3-5 x a week (basically every day off I have)

55 pound curl bar for like 6 sets of 15 to equal:

100-120 curls
100-120 triceps curl
100-120 dips/crunches
100 push-ups
3 mile walk

I know a 55 lb bar aint shit for most but its heavy as fuck enough for me lol

How can I get "cut".my arms are bulky but s it the protein diet I need to adhere to?..I mean Ive cut out sugar 75%
but this new coffee place be calling's me like crack called Pookie

and have yall seen that ad for that "pushup board" with the handles? I ordered one lol

Whats yall set up/doing?
