>Is the exercise helping reduce the depression? >etc, so how much are you using for weights workout?
exercising doesn't really reduce the depression but it does raise the floor of my mental health. when i'm exercising regularly i'm less prone to depressive episodes and anxiety + panic attacks, generally. i find that life is more manageable when my mind is not constantly wracked with anxious and/or depressive thoughts and exercise helps me maintain a healthy mental state
>That biking level is great.. wish I could get to that if I ever get one
it doesn't take too long to get to the point where you can knock out 10 miles in 35 minutes. i tend to play 2k on ps4 or something on my nintendo switch while i'm riding. focusing on the game helps me ignore the monotony of pedaling and makes the time fly by. i got my schwinn airdyne ad2 with my tax return money last via amazon payments. it's one of the best purchases i've ever made. exercising regularly will help me build and maintain core strength and keep my heart healthy and that should keep me out of the doctor's office and/or hospital
