"Official Kemba Walker Truth and Reconciliation Post"

Kemba balling. Four straight 30 point games & has scored 20+ points in 12 of the last 13 games leading his team on a 11-2 run. He's become an All-Star caliber player putting up 21.4/4.5/5.2 a night while becoming much more efficient, shooting 38% from 3 and getting to the line at a good clip shooting 84% FT resulting in a strong .556 TS%, has a solid 2.44 assist/turnover ratio (just behind Wall & Westbrook, ahead of Lillard, Kyrie and Steph) with a very low turnover rate (2nd lowest TOV% among starting PGs), hitting big shots and carrying the Charlotte Chaource Choroids to the playoffs.

Whole lotta L's could be disseminated in this post, but this has been designated as a safe space for you to come and openly admit your malfeasance without the threat of impending repercussions so we can all move forward together.

I thought he'd be starter-good, but not All-Star-good, mostly because he's never been a very good shooter. However, he's done a lot better from distance this season, which makes all the difference. I never would've guessed that he'd be able to shoot 38% from 3 on over 5 attempts per game. If he can keep that up as his career continues, I'd be surprised if he doesn't end up on an All-Star team or two.

Dude is a stereotypical, old school NYC hoops junkie

All these dudes work hard, but Kemba has improved that way
because he's got that murderous fire for the game

And not just Russy bark and act tough fire

I mean, dude just works on his game, nails the little things

Anyway, I live in Charlotte and watched Kemba win hame after game in the BE. Some dudes just have that will to win and he is like Russell Wilson in the 4th qtr.

If its close... Kemba takes over.

true Kemba hasn't done that, because unlike Ky he can lead a team to the playoffs himself.

>he's derek harper 2016.

repeating it doesn't make it any less terrible of a comparison.

>you can give RBO his bum ass struggle-retort back, too.

i don't get it.

>that lil nigga will be competing against better players for
>the affections IG models every june from now to retirement.

and ky will be right there with him once bron realizes he's not winning any more rings with this cavs squad and has ky shipped out of town.

Even FatMelo said Billups was the leader of those Nuggets:

"For him to bring that leadership and that experience here with me, as I'm growing and trying to get better at what I do, it helps me out a lot," says two-time All-Star Anthony, in his fifth year in the league.

FatMelo hasn't won a playoff series without Billups/Kidd b/c he's a terrible leader like Dork:

Last April, Chauncey Billups called the leadership abilities of Carmelo Anthony into question. He said that while the New York Knicks superstar “comes to play every single night,” Anthony isn't the type to inspire his teammates with pre-game speeches or motivational tactics in general.

WHAT'S GOOD *****? What's REALLY good?!?!????!!! Ha HA!

28. "You mean like how David West led the Pacers to the ECF?"
In response to Reply # 24

Even NyQuil said West was the leader of those Pacers:

“I called him Uncle West,” George said, “just (his) knowledge of the game and the conversations we would have away from the game... A lot of stuff that I’m going through now … I was able to vent to David about. About officiating, about play calls, what’s going on out in the court. That was my person I vented to and he was the one who set me straight.”

“David is the real reason why this locker room is the way it is,” George said. “The second he came here he had everyone playing as a team and giving himself and sacrificing himself for the betterment of the team. That just flew throughout the whole locker room. He’s so wise. It’s beyond basketball, some of the conversations that we have.”

In the locker room, his voice is the unquestioned authority. He’s the one who decides when the joke has gone too far or whether the music should be turned down. “When he speaks,” Hibbert said, “you listen.”

>FatMelo hasn't won a playoff series without Billups/Kidd b/c
>he's a terrible leader like Dork:

LOLZ - Melo won a playoff series with Kidd shooting 3-17 for the entire series and scoring 0 points in the last 4 games. Oh and Chandler said that Dirk is the best leader he's ever played with:

“First of all, I mean, we don’t have enough time on this (radio) show for me to explain the type of respect that I have for Dirk Nowitzki,” Chandler said in a recent interview with 105.3 FM The Fan.

“You know, when I first got here, I remember coming back late at night to try to get a lift in or work on free throws and this and that. And every single time that I got there he was there, putting up shot after shot after shot. And it just shows that, you know, he is never going to settle, he doesn’t want to settle, he only wants to win and he’s willing to do whatever it takes. … You know, a lot was made about what I did and what I accomplished the year that I was there, but he’s the man. And when you have the top dog leading that way, you can’t help but fall in line.”

- so good comparison, thanks for pointing that out!

Maybe the dumbest thing you've ever posted. Kidd???? Kidd almost lost them the series. Pick any run of the mill guard that doesn't completely suck to play those 26 minutes per game in that series and it's a much easier series.

In the regular season he led the team in BPM & VORP.

In the postseason, he had a higher DBPM than DPOY Tyson Chandler (FatMelo was a negative) & a higher BPM than FatMelo as Melo was a net negative, LMAO!

Any kind of Charlotte love feels weird.... New territory for me..I've suffered... BAD. I've been trying to avoid talking about us frankly because I want us to win a playoffs series this year and I want Kemba to be the main reason why...that's it,the one realistic expectation I have for this squad this year. I saw this coming with Kemba last season before he (and everybody else) got hurt, it's time for this man to get his props. I'm just wanna sit back and wait...wait for us to get Lil Zeke and Boston in the 1st round and see what happens.

I knew he'd be good, but I thought he'd kind of plateau by now.

If MKG was right & Al Jeff could get to the point where he could do 5 shuttle runs, they'd be in the ECF with a solid shot.

That's mainly because he's a limited at running a team and getting other's involved.

But he's improved a lot this year. That's the thing with having a career year.

It might have something to do with being next to Batum as well and him being a solid facilitator.

somewhat perhaps, but it has more to do with Kemba's improvement in 3 pt shooting + finishing at the rim.

If you are, that's fine. But this exchange would make sense.

If you are not, then why can't you comprehend?

As late of last year, in order for Kemba to be on a contending team he would have to be the 3rd guard. Now that doesn't mean he was not a good NBA Player.

Simple.

Easy to understand.

Straight forward.

The season before he made the playoffs in his second year as a starter and put up 20/6/4/2 shooting 47% FG in the series vs the defending champion Heat, but as of last year you thought he needed to be a backup because you couldn't win with him in the NBA. So no, you didn't know that he would be a good player.

So yep, as of last year I thought a better role for him might be as a 3rd guard on a contending team.

now you trying to claim you meant "on a contending team...", except as of last year Charlotte wasn't close to a contending team regardless and you still said Kemba needed to come off the bench because "you ain't winning no tough games with him as your starter." So as of last year you did not think he was good. Had nothing to do with being on a contending team or any of that equivocating bullshit you trying to spin now.

>I get it nigga. You're mad about Melo. You're mad about the

don't you mean the NC post? lolz. but I understand why you're so angry: wall going nowhere fast, rondo relegated to being a stat-padding turd on a garbage team, demarcus is a disgrace, skal is trash and cal been reduced to crying about dropping to a 4th seed. lotta mad for you to deal with. if you were a little brighter you'd probably be able to handle it without sounding like such a fucking idiot, but that's inborn so you can't help it.

Just so you can put my dick in your mouth ain't gonna save you.

I already explained what I said about Kemba. You can go search for posts. And repost different versions of the same thing I'm saying now. lol.

Do what you gotta do.

A lot of dudes start dumb nigga. Ricky Rubio starts.

I'm talking winning in the NBA. Playing in games that matter.

And I always knew Kemba would be a good pro.

Lol...was that the "I'm not Mad About Melo But You're Mad" angle?

John Wall is solid. And relevant in the NBA . Melo is not.
Rondo is solid. Melo begging to lure him to the Knicks.
Boogie had a good stat year, but he should've led the Kings to the playoffs.
Cal is always mad about the see. Nigga said "reduced to". lol...you ain't been paying attention.

70. "dude, getting mad at me doesn't change what you said."
In response to Reply # 61

Equivocating and backtracking on your statements doesn't change what you said either. You didn't think Kemba should be starting in the NBA, even on a lottery team. You didn't think you can win in the NBA with Kemba. Those are things that you said. Those statements indicate that you did not think Kemba was a good player. Now you are trying to argue that it somehow actually proves that you thought he would be good. Because you a dumb-ass nigga who said some dumb shit and wants to avoid looking dumb now. It's too late for that though, and playing dumb spinning in circles around what you said isn't going to save you from that.

was that the "yeah I'm mad but Melo doe" argument? Lolz.

Melo is on the downside of his prime while Wall is in the middle of his. Neither is making the playoffs this year. Wall has made the playoffs twice, while at Wall's age Melo had made the playoffs 7 times including a conference final.
Rondo is a solidly stat padding turd on a dumpster fire team.
Boogie should try leading the Kings to 30 wins for the first time in his life before you start worrying about making the playoffs.
Cal is always mad about alot of stuff, guess that's why you can relate.

And Skal some shit.

Walker's filthy, mean-spirited handle is even filthier now that he can shoot; fancy jitterbugging doesn't get you far if defenders duck under every screen. They can't do that as often with Walker hitting a career-best 37 percent from deep, and when opposing point guards chase him over picks, Walker is pulling up for Lillardian triples.

Walker might have the league's nastiest crossover, a low-to-the-ground left-to-right job that leaves saps lurching the wrong way on broken ankles. He'll fake toward a pick, coax his man that direction, and then zoom the other way into open water. Trap him on the pick-and-roll, and he'll scrunch down like a sprinter at the starting block before jetting through the crevice in between defenders.

Walker manages three direction changes in the time it takes most dudes to pull one, but when he sees a clear lane to pay dirt, he can hit the turbo button for a straight ahead bum-rush. The threat of that drive spooks defenders into backpedaling, and Walker exploits that with a deadly step-back jumper that covers so much ground that it's really more of a lunge-back shot.

He's shooting 60 percent near the basket, by far his career best, and he appears more comfortable kissing floaters off the glass. Walker has been a delight to watch for the scorching Hornets, and he might be the league's most fearless clutch shooter; no one has jacked more shots within the last three minutes of close games, per NBA.com, and Walker has canned a tidy 44 percent of those high-leverage looks.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.
