i.e. Who gets tipped? How much of the tip does this person/that person get? If such and such happens, who gets tipped? Who doesn't?
All of this exemplifies how stupid and unnecessary tipping is. I as the customer have no business deciding how much a business's employees get paid. That's should just be a negotiation between the restaurant and the waiter.
