i can see the points of both sides. how can we improve the lives of those living in "troubled" areas without stepping on those well-covered middle class toes? hmmm. i am stumped. i have no answer but i do see how the nice neighborhood people would have problems and i see how the relocated could have problems with the hoodies following them. maybe there is a better solution floating out there somewhere - one that doesn't perpetuate such a
negative cycle.
