Okey doke, basically I bit this off of Fanstatic's Nature's Burger (found in the over-priced health food section, but luckily one box of this mix is only 1.99):
(Play with the measurements, cause I'm doing good to have a tablespoon in my house.)
2 boxes of Fanstatic's Nature's Buger mix (one if dining alone, or you don't want a lot of leftovers) 1 green pepper 3 cloves of garlic 1/4 onion (like I said...play) oregeno basil chili powder (optional, but chili nature's burger is available) pasta sauce olives (if you don't like a lot of olives, get sauce w/olives) oh, and boiling water, about 2-3, depending on how thick you want it
preheat oven to 325 degrees (I'm impatient, I go for 400+) combine the mix and water in a heat resistant bowl let it sit for 10-15 minutes (this ain't cookies, don't eat it raw. You won't die, but you'll be in the bathroom for a minute...) combine with the rest of the ingredients, except sauce.
Place in a loaf pan, just like a regular meat loaf, and cover with sauce.
Let it bake for about 20-30 minutes (depends on your oven; mine's older than me, so I do about 25).
Let it cool on the counter top to get that uncrumbly-ness out.
Eat.
Pass on.
Peace.
