Thas' true Black, back in da day folks did eat more artery-clogging foods in some respects, but folks also worked their asses off pushing sweat and cardiovascular buttons. The work was harder and more physical.

Our generation is a lazy bunch, pushing pencils & remote control buttons --- Using our brains instead of brawn --- Hoppin' in cars instead of walking --- So basically we do little or NO exercise (unless we join a health fitness club and workout)

I think the combination of inferior foods and lack of sufficient & consistent exercise will be our downfall --- But any kind of garden would be a good start on the road to self-sufficiency and good health!
