6'5/6'6, great length, great strength. High motor, high IQ. Really strong passer, definitely a secondary creator, maybe some upside to be a primary with bench units. Smart offensive player-- not a threat off the bounce, but a pretty good catch-and-shoot guy, and he goes hard at the rim (rebounds better than 6'5/6'6 guys too, generally). Really good defender, good hands, good lateral quickness...
... at least in college. I actually think he's a fine athlete for defense, but I certainly don't see him having enough in the tank insofar as a first step to really shake dudes and get strong separation. Combine that with the lack of shot off the bounce right now, and I think it's fair to be concerned about his offense. I think the catch-and-shoot 3 can be there, but if it's not, might be out of the league sooner rather than later.
I'd still strongly consider him in the 20s based on size, on motor/IQ, on defense, on passing, and on the possibility of catch-and-shoot. He's definitely a "good at most things" type of guy who won't beat himself in the NBA. If he can develop some better shot creation, or if he can drain 3s effectively, he could maybe give himself enough space on the floor to be a backup PG type of dude. Time will tell.
