In this past MLB draft, 4 of the top 5 picks were black!
The first time in major league history! That happened this year! (Lol)

And look at all the other black players that were drafted in that draft.


Now will they stay, that’s the question.

Black players get drafted and are drafted…and get scouted. Why?

They are playing high school and college, and MLB has even invested in
black communities to get more black kids into baseball.

This isn’t a racial or cultural as far opportunity goes….It’s more a fame,
money and marketing issue.

Hell, baseball doesn’t even market its top white players!…people don’t know who the
fuck Verlander, Harper or Trout are.


Hell, I don’t even care about about baseball like I used to….I care more about soccer
Basketball and football.

It wasn’t like that 25 years ago…I wasn’t into soccer at all, but it started
to get marketed in America. internet provided access to soccer games, and
boom I switched over.
