Didn't say he was a BAD dude, or that I disliked him. I don't personally KNOW him. Point was simply that in the negotiations with the owners, and based on the agreement that they came to, one that he led the charge on, I DON'T trust his intentions. It supports Reid's account of the break down. It was a bad deal, made when one side has lost its bargaining power. You wanna run down the particulars of that one and tell me how great it was?

And Reid wasn't the lone player who pulled out of that coalition:

Reid, Miami Dolphins safety Michael Thomas and Los Angeles Chargers offensive tackle Russell Okung announced their withdrawals last week from the Players Coalition.

“I agree with Eric Reid’s assessment also withdrew my involvement with the ‘Players Coalition,’ effective earlier today,” Okung wrote in a statement posted last week to his Twitter account. “This decision making process has not represented the will of many players, myself included. The NFL continues a disingenuous approach to player grievances, refusing to match the urgency of this moment. Their proposal is woefully inadequate. The NFL seems satisfied with an illusion of player agreement when in reality, we are far from establishing a meaningful resolution. Don’t believe the hype. I encourage players to continue to exercise their constitutional rights.”

I know it may have been confusing since I didn't call dude a bunch of derogatory names irrelevant to the point, but that's where I stand on Jenkins in this situation.

It's cool if you think he was righteous in his actions last year, I just disagree

*shrugs*
