because if somebody reads that shit you posted, and tries eating more protien, and still has mental health issues, they may think they are untreatable.
had that person sought treatment from a professional, they might learn that there is no quick fix for mental health, and that you cannot get better unless you and your doctor work together to create a treatment program that can get you well enough to be able to take a more active role in managing your own mental health.
