remember when he was relied upon to play defense? bad casting, like devito as a southerner in big fish.
he played well in the WCF that year, but he was cheesy in each of the past two years for houston. didn't shoot the ball well, team lost, etc. last year he had howard playing well and let's not act like the blazers were the '72 lakers.

he tweets that "if he do da whippin dance he mark" and BANG, complete fallapart at the end of an otherwise spectacular performance.
i just don't understand why people are tempting fate crossing the based god. or he is a cruel, unjust, biased god, who did this just to favor his hometown warriors? because honestly the dance is not that similar.

He is so good that sometimes even if you execute, he will torch you. But overall you blitz him on screens and shade over the top. If you can keep him out of the paint, odds are he will not be effective. We have seen a bunch of teams have success with this same strategy, although it's obviously not fail proof. I think if that if they got a real point guard, it might take considerable pressure off him as a scorer and a playmaker.

22. "You know who I think would be a good fit for them? Delon Wright" In response to Reply # 21 Fri May-29-15 12:22 PM by ConcreteCharlie
I think 18 might be a reach for him but if they had their regular pick then he'd be a very good value there (I guess the Lakers have it). I do think he will go in the first round. He's an older rookie with good size who can defend. I think he would really flourish playing alongside Harden because he is also a kitchen-sink kind of guy. He's not super fast or explosive or particularly long, but he changes speed and direction very well. He could learn from the best in that regard. He can also score, they'd be a somewhat unconventional but intriguing combo backcourt. My only concern would be a little bit of redundancy with Beverley because Wright is also a defense-first guy with some clear limitations on offense. He has to be really meticulous on the detail side, which I think he is, and he absolutely has to improve his shot. If he can do that, he might be really well-suited for them.

it'll definitely be in the annals of weird shit
not as weird as bron choking but one of the weirder moments that WILL be talked about since it involved sending the Warriors to the Finals for the first time since the 70s
