>>you mean Timmy quit while Dirk was on cruise control as >Dallas >>blew SA off the court. >LMAO @ "cruise control"....but then we're talking about Dirk >*pulls out bell curve*. Caron went nuts in the 2nd half & Dirk
Mavs led the game wire-to-wire with Dirk putting in a solid effort while Tim quit as Dallas went up by 20 going into the 4th, so not sure why you're mad at Dirk for that.
>rode his coat tails (that's the only game from that series I >actually remember). Besides, Timmy's knees were absolutely >toast that season (he ended up getting the knee braces the >following season) which was the reason they got swept by the >Suns.
Tim played the full season and was just as good as he was the year before, meanwhile Dirk missed 1/3 of the season last year coming off knee surgery & wasn't right all season but you still blame him so NOPE! no plea cops for Timmy.
(Please don't embarrass yourself now by comparing Dirk >to Tim...you're reaching too far. During Tim's prime year >(1998-2008) aka when he had a RELATIVELY functional pair of >knees there was nobody close to him besides KG. Dude had >plantar fasciitis in 2006 & still outplayed Mr. Buckets Dirk >on the OFFENSIVE side (the side Dirk is suppose to be heads & >shoulder above KG/Tim)
I didn't do anything of the kind. In fact nobody's ever done that on here, yet this is like the third time I've seen you bring this up. the OKP Lakers fans are right, you really need get over your inferiority complex.
>How many all-stars did Dirk play w/ again?....yeah. Dude was a >victim of the "Gentleman Sweep" courtesy of the same >Sacramento Kings team that KG destroyed in 2004 while playing >in a squad that included: a HOFer point guard in his prime >(Nash), an all-star shooting guard in his prime (Finley), an >all-star forward in his prime (Shimmy Walker) & a future >all-star playing as the 5th wheel (Josh Howard). Plus, an >all-star forward in his prime coming off the bench (Jamison) >along w/ a solid bench player (Marquis Daniels)...alas, he >couldn't hide behind The Great Mormon Hope's (Shawn Bradley) >skirt on defense.
you mean the series where Dirk put up 27 & 12 while the HOFer PG & AS SG each shot 38% & Toine shimmied his way to 36% FG? yeah that was Dirk's fault.
Meanwhile how many all-stars did Tyson play with again?....yeah. dude couldn't make it past the second round while playing on a squad that included: a HOFer point guard in his prime (CP3, who was actually playing at HOF level unlike Nash in Dallas), an all-star power forward in his prime (West), an all-star small forward in his (going by your definition of) prime (Peja) ... too bad he didn't have the Big German to carry him there like he did in Dallas.
>>Melo only played 1/3 of the season with the Knicks and Amare >>was only healthy for game 1 vs Boston. >What was the Knicks record BEFORE Melo arrived?--> (28–26)w/ >Amare in the running for MVP >What was the Knicks record WITH Melo?--> (14-14) w/ Amare >regressing......yeah. (Besides the Nuggets had a better record >sans Melo)
no you were talking about Melo in the postseason with-w/o Tyson - stay on topic.
>Then this happened in the post-season against an AARP squad: >http://a.espncdn.com/photo/2013/0504/nba_r_carmelo-anthony1_mb_576.jpg
you mean when Melo won? ...um, ok?
>>are you just completely incapable of presenting an honest >>argument? >I presented to you all the FACTS you will ever need...if you >need anything specifically, just holla.
sure, holla when Tyson makes it past the second round without riding Dirk's coattails there.
