Inspired by Shakeet's dream/windstaff track. I used the same beat (nothings changed).
Yo,Things used to be so simple, A star at arithmetic, and chilling with the kool click, and was devoted to excel expectations, identifying negative and positive correlations, my mentality would station my self-motivation, since my mum n dad would always praise my bro, the out-kast of my family,i let my life go, to take time to listen to those who spoke threw music, such as redman, pac and the don of QB, their touching verses had related to me, i started writing on walls,in maths book at school, started forgetting education and began using my tool, gettin school'd by hip-hoppers,when i was 13, i started battlin cats and appealed to making a scene, i was keen to make an impact, coz the london game is wack, full of fools spitting grime, and their verses slacked, i was always the quiet type, but hip-hop unravelled the hype... and i started stayin up late at night, writin rhyme after rhyme like a shakespeare essay, 5 years of writin rhymes, its about the good ol times... where the best moments just flow on threw a segue, experiencing life just took my breath away, 5 to 10 was the days,15 onwards is a faze, trapped in a maze between the present n old days, i wonder if my parents showed me love, would i be where i am,was that uncaring love enough, to push me to my goals,to never under achieve, always got an ace and a rhyme up my sleeve, this life was key, mind life was a trick to me.
