Didn’t care for his features much on Marcielago but this album shows the full repertoire as an emcee. Interesting delivery and style... Especially when consider what type of beats he’s utilizing that delivery over.
he's rapping so hard it's like 'PLEASE BELIEVE ME' on some of these, and by rapping hard, I mean the tone/pitch of his voice. I think he woulda benefitted from a more laid back style/approach.
That being said I still f--k with it. If you check his IG page there's a couple posts of him getting off and THAT made me anticipate his release pause.

I openly enjoy this album. Roc laced the hell out of him and he tried like hell to not Group Home it. It’s a good time. There’s a few beats that I’m shocked Roc gave away.
Cooks went to town on Burt & State for sure. The Celine and Missy lines still make me happy. Ridiculous but they got the point across. I wanted a Conway laugh drop for both of those.
