So I struck out at an estate sale this weekend, so I decided to go thrifting in that neighborhood. I'm zipping through the store working my racks, minding my business when this bammarific looking 40 something year old black guy in a brown terry tracksuit and kenneth cole 90s jacket tries to holler.
Okay,to make thrifting worthwhile you have to be focused and fast because maybe 1/5000 garments are worth anything. So I need to look at 5-10k garments in 15 minutes and be out the door. So, I can't be bothered and just say OKAY give me your number rather than put up a defense or ask any questions.
He goes and produces a piece of paper with his name number and email. I ask him his last name, cause I'm nosy and if he happens to be a bammarific baller with terrible taste in clothing I might let his taste pass. He really hasn't said anything off putting and he's not ugly. ANYWAYS, i get home and google him and the third listing in google is his Nebraska inmate registry information. I click it and apparently did time for felony attempted sexual assault. Okay, your turn... okp.
And yeah I know you're not supposed to google people before or after dates or ever.

Depends on the situation. If the chick is a ho, she will act like she doesnt even have kids. If she is in the middle, she can at least fake like it won't be a big deal long enough to have some fun and get t know each other. Once in a while there is like the super attached mommy though. I knew a real cute half-French, half-German chick that fucked with one my my fraternity bros back in the day. Reconnected with her, and she had recently had a kid with the dad bailing on her at the last second. I could tell she was starving for dick but how could I even make a move with her kid hanging off her chest 24 hours a day? We just wound up getting stoned and catching up, no harm in that but I could tell that she had put all her eggs in one basket. No job, little social life, just chillin all day telling herself she was a mom now. I could dig it, I guess, but not to be around, personally.

Let alone anyone I've dated in between. I didn't look them up bc I saw and talked to them in person and I prefer to gather my info with context - I can observe their demeanor as we communicate. I trust my instincts. Plus I'm not nosy - im not all up in their phones or medicine cabinets or their other personal effects for similar reasons.
I have only googled the ones who got away. And I haven't learned anything surprising or scandalous - just dissapointing shit like they are dating or married to someone.

I was 24, and this chick would NOT ever let me know how old she was!!!! Like two months in, she wouldn't even tell me what year she graduated HS!
I searched, and figured out she only graduated two years before me, which is nothing. But then...one day, she was in the shower and left her passport out. I was like man, fuckit...I'ma look. She was born in March 1981, meaning she was a year older than the usual for her year, and that technically made her like four years older than me, since I skipped a year. So she probably felt some type of way being 28 with a 24 year old.

And I updated my profile photo few months ago was the lead news story on the 10 o'clock news tonight. I ignored him bc he was really attractive, but not very bright in hs and I saw no evidence of change. Anyway, he was charged with beating the shit out of his girlfriend. Broke her arm and she has extensive trauma to her face. Did it in front of his kids too. I will say allegedly cause the streets may be watching. Ima hope she fell off the balcony onto her face.
