2. It's a fairly new relationship, which I guess is why they hadn't discussed this before. It just takes an honest conversation. He can ask her if she's into kissing women, if he should be concerned, if she'd be interested in kissing women with him in the mix, etc. and they can each find what the other is comfortable with them exploring. It's of course possible to find a consenting third party female to engage in a threesome. And if they have that talk, and they are two honest adults about it, then they can try to make something like that work. But this doesn't sound like they're heading toward that. This sounds like something being swept under the rug that hasn't been discussed before.
Edit: just read the updates. Yeah, point 2 still stands. They weren't honest with each other's sexual predilections in advance, and she acted on hers, and now she's getting burned.
