I've realized in the last year I pretty much quit eating it myself. I used to love eating cereal or remember loving it, but i have minimal TALL cabinet space and so I have no room for big cereal boxes, so I quit in the last year. I eat eggs and bacon or sometimes have smoothies or pancakes for breakfast. Part of it is health reasons, avoiding sugar, but mostly it's cabinet space for me.

I know that shit's horrible for me, but I eat it 3-5 times a week. Sometimes multiple bowls, despite it being nothing but sugar. At least I try to stick with the plain types of cereal, like special K, rice krispies, etc, but I know it's all garbage.

If I stay at a hotel and the breakfast is bammer, I will at least eat some cereal and some fruit. Same thing if I am staying at someone's pad, like I remember in Stockholm I ate cereal, berries and yogurt every morning because I didn't want any funky cold cuts.
I keep some at the house but I'd say I eat it a bowl every other week. If other people didn't eat it, it would go stale. When I was a kid I pretty much lived on cereal.

To straight candy. Cheerios, Special K, and Mini Wheats are staples. After that, it's Cap'n Crunch, Oh's, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, whatever. We mostly eat lightly sweetened oatmeal but once in awhile cereal kills a sweet tooth better than anything else.

That mugg reminds me of Nut and Honey Crunch. I only mess with the flakes version. The o shaped variety doesn't appeal to me as much. The caramel version is even better but I don't see it anymore so I'm assuming it's discontinued.

i'd eat that w/cereal even if i weren't lactose intolerant. hell, lactaid works for me and i still refuse to eat cow's milk w/cereal in part b/c i've always found cow's milk to be a vile substance but mostly b/c i think very vanilla soy milk tastes better. it has sugar and vanilla in it so it makes every cereal w/which i've tried it taste better.
