I eat MOSTLY bran cereals that are high in fiber like mueslix or the Post Great Grains cereals.
They make me use the bathroom, and I need that. Also sometimes my fat ass is still hungry at night and I don't want to pig out so I'll just have a bowl of cereal.
Now I do still go through phases and I HAVE to have some Lucky Charms. It makes me :-)
