Natives used to own it hands down but they closed and reopened under a new name haven't been back since that happened. Growing up it was Pollo Loco or La Pequeña Colombia but Pollo Loco closed its last location over 8 years ago and LPC fell off for a while They serve mostly paisa food since that's what's considered Colombian cuisine in the US. I think to answer your question, the safest bet would be Pollos Mario, specifically either the 37th Ave location in Jackson Heights or the Astoria location.
There's this new joint in Greenpoint that focuses on rolo food been meaning to make the trip and confirm this for myself Will report back once I go.

I haven't gotten my OkSecret Santa joint yet, gotta go get it from the post office TBH I really didn't ask for anything this year other than a floor lamp. That was way before christmas and I got it already. Moreso looking to blow the bonus on redoing my living room. Not looking at Xmas this year, I'm looking past that.
