Growing up it was Pollo Loco or La Pequeña Colombia
but Pollo Loco closed its last location over 8 years ago and LPC fell off for a while
They serve mostly paisa food since that's what's considered Colombian cuisine in the US. I think to answer your question, the safest bet would be Pollos Mario, specifically either the 37th Ave location in Jackson Heights or the Astoria location.

There's this new joint in Greenpoint that focuses on rolo food

I always go to my uncle's crib and they go all out.
