I saw Jay and Craig and Carpenter in the minors and they... weren't eyepopping talents. I don't think any of them were BA top-100 guys either, so it's not just my untrained eye. Craig in particular, I thought would never work for an NL team.
They're making prospect development look easy, which is scary because right now their system has way more upside than it did when the above guys were in it.
