That is one of the fundamental tenets of racism:
Flaws are almost always inflated or exacerbated, rather than overlooked or written off to inexperience (like they are with white coaches)
Look at how people cried about Jim Caldwell getting the OC coordinator job with the Ravens. Everyone thought he was a some dumb oaf who just walked around. Turns out, he's at least as good an offensive mind as Cam Cameron. Always was. White people actually said that Dungy (who everyone respects) gave him the job because he's black, but that Peyton Manning ran the team. That obviously isn't true.
But seriously what about Singletary makes us think he's incorrigible?
