"Bernard King better than Melo?"


  

          

Admittedly, I missed the good part of his career and only caught the tail end post injury. However, I'm well informed of his legend through the years. Or was it mostly "New York hype"??

Obviously he wasn't no Bron but how does he compare to say Melo as BOTH a scorer and a player? Team player or lone gunner? And who were his main rivals?

I'm trying to gauge how nice he was in his prime
