There really was no reason for her to treat him the way she did initially. She wasn't very nice to him.
And not to be extra with it, because this was honestly my reaction and my wife's reaction, we just saw a white restaurant staff member treating a brown person like he was invisible for no reason.
It's kind of interesting because it's surprising to me that Heinz or anyone else could see it another way.
