I can still tear up thinking about it, and I saw this movie 6 years ago.
Partly because it was a documentary, so this was a real animal death, not the story of an animal death Partly because it was completely unexpected Probably largely because I was mad at him for bringing the dog along in the first place -- I don't think it was appropriate for a terrier to be walking across a continent. Sure, if you as a human are crazy enough, fine. But don't subject your dog to it. And look who survived, right?
