Surprised that Man on Wire didn't win documentary (haven't seen it but have heard it's one of the year's best films overall) and I could see it possibly losing the Oscar to a film that's "about something" like Trouble the Water.
And before people go crazy, remember that these are indie awards so The Dark Knight, Wall-E, etc. weren't up for awards. ----
