My bet is that it was staged by Atlantic. This "inauguration event" definitely wasn't an "official" inauguration event. Those guys with ear pieces certainly were not secret service. It's just another publicity stunt (like that fake-as-fuck Free Lupe protest). Now Bill O'Reilly finally can say "Rappers hate Obama too" (check out Drudge Report if you think the Neo-Nazi conservatives aren't already saying that).
