Probably the first slow one that I heard. I knew the major hits and a lot of album cuts from my dad, but I never really delved into it for myself until I was like 20 (3 years ago or so).

It's funny, I guess I had a similar path to a lot of people regarding their parent's music. I hated all Salsa and Merengue throughout my teenage years and would complain during car rides or put on headphones and listen to my underground rap shit.

Then as a young adult, I started to appreciate Salsa and found myself going back and asking my dad about songs and albums he used to play lol.
