"Do yall tell your managers how long a task will take?"
Yesterday I told my boss that the task she was asking me was a four hour task and that's going to push back on another deliverable She said it would take 30 minutes. 3.5 working hours later here I am finishing.
I know the expectation of salaried work is round the clock, get everything done, but that's unreasonable.
So I'm curious when everyone level sets expectation and how.
