pretty much all platforms have a place to submit a misuse complaint

that said its up to them to determine if there is a violation (i didn't see you claim that he is saying your ex-friend took the pic or that it belongs to him)

the SHORTEST path seems to be simply telling the re-poster to change his posting to give you credit as owner of the pic in question
