the older i get, the less funerals i desire to go to, including family. I didn't want to go to my older cousin's funeral that was on Wednesday because there are some family members i just didn't want to run into. And they validated my reasoning by saying some dumb sht to me that i just laughed off. But inside it pissed me off. But i was in church and i wasnt going to start sht in there. Plus thats not really my style. Id rather avoid you altogether than to spend energy arguing. Maybe because im getting older and value peace more.

My ex texted me last night to ask me to go to a Christmas party with her on the 17th and i texted her back "im not interested in going but have fun." She reacted with a "well damn...okay." I asked her why she responded that way and all i got back was "its cool". Damn right its cool.

I have a white coworker who just cant telling racist jokes. He's been reprimanded more than a few times and even threatened with an eeoc complaint investigation. For instance, one of the few black coworkers of mine was having a conversation with him about this computer he bought for his son and the white coworker replied, "arent your kind used to stealing those". Of course the black coworker went to the head supervisor to complain and all that happened to the white coworker was that he was reprimanded by his immediate supervisor. Its only a matter of time til they cant protect him no more. The rumor is that he was fired from 5 different jobs in the past. Now i know why.

This year was the best year all the way around(especially the last 6 months) i have had in 6 years. Im thankful for that. Looking to continue it into next year. Im also in that best shape ive been in in 10 years do to cutting down to one meal and day and juicing. That will definitely continue into next year. Next year the shirt comes off on the beach.
