...and is just a nerd. The stuff he says that goes over my head is usually stuff I have no knowledge about. If there's an issue with him I'd say it's that he assumes folks are as smart or knowledgeable as he is lol. That's cool in my books.
To me Kanye has problems expressing himself. And as someone said in this post his inability to articulate himself takes away from his message. No matter how good of a point it is.
I just happened to be around a computer a lot this week and watched his interview clips several times till I was like...."oh. I think i get it now". In general i don't have time for that.
And I also think quest and Kanye embody two different mind sets. I could be wrong here but quest is that cat who works and works and practices and practices and finds joy in his work by eventually mastering it. Kanye is that dude who thinks he's entitled to be whatever he wants to be simply because his intentions are good. Life doesn't work that way. He put in work and mastered his lane in music and now wants to "save the world". He's got a lot more dues to pay if he wants to put the ideas he has into place. People (the gate keepers and people he wants money from) arent going to trust him simply because he's a top tier Rapper/producer and is 'passionate'
