This country hurts sometimes. Prosecutor called it a "perfect storm of human error," and they blamed it all on the 911 dispatcher. I'm outraged.

No Indictment For Cops Who Fatally Shot 12-Year-Old Tamir Rice
The decision came nearly 400 days after the boy was killed while playing in a Cleveland park.

An Ohio grand jury has declined to indict the Cleveland police officers who fatally shot an unarmed black 12-year-old in 2014.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty announced the decision Monday afternoon, nearly 400 days since rookie patrolman Timothy Loehmann shot Tamir Rice as the boy was playing in a Cleveland park with a pellet gun.
