"how come no one talks about sardines as a health food?"


          

correct me if im wrong but sardines dont have the mercury and contaminants that tuna and salmon have?

theyre loaded with omega 3 and calcium if you buy them with the bones.

am i missing something? this is a perfect health food. why would you buy canned tuna over this?
