lil B, i'll give some latitude to though but i still think that he's more of a product of the style you are talking about rather than the influential one...the style change was too widespread over time and regions to be traced back to him...he simply didn't have the widespread impact among those already in the industry to be pointed out as having that type of influence

there have always been rappers who have emphasized how things sound and focus on syllables/melody over everything else...always...neither of those 2 have noticeable influence over popular acts immediately after them or those popular before them
wayne and drake have spawned easily identifiable "clones" even among those who already have fan bases as well...
hell...i'd even posit that migos is in a position to have more influence than those 2 you named than the other names in the actual poll
