I am sure there will be a hollywood feel good ending where everyone learns to not be superficial but it just seems wrong to put out into the ether the notion of "Designated Ugly Fat Friend".

Seems to me alot of girls will be walking out that movie filling like a DUFF.

Always felt bad for actors who end up always playing the "not cute" character in movies.

I guess Mae Whitman is going the Melissa McCarthy route and just embracing the ish out of being that girl.
