where the content owner themselves has authorized it to be located, you're accessing an illegal stream and depriving that content provider of revenue needed to pay for said content. It doesn't matter if it's content from a big company or a single person; the copyright laws work the same in this case as far as proper vs improper access is concerned.
If you would like to watch a movie or program without paying for it, you should wait for it to come on broadcast television. If you want to see something but are low on money, you can wait until it becomes available for rental. Redbox movies are only $1.50 each; digital rentals are a little more.
