If you listened to his 'speech' during the no billI think there were 60 something witenesses......and he discredited each and every one in some sort of waythe witnesses that verified the hands up storyhe explicityly stated, had parts of their testimony, PARTS, contradicted by physical evidencethe witnesses that verified Wilson's Hulk Hogan storywere also contradicted by physical evidencebut McCulloch didn't explicityly state thatwhich is probably how he presented to the grand juryexplicitly discredited pro Mike Brown testimonybut didn't do the same for pro Wilson testimonyhe left it up to the jury to figure that out for themselveswhich they obviously didn'tI don't see the gotcha moment herei.e., he intentionally admiited evidence he KNEW was falsethe only story I need to hear is Dorian Johnson.giving the grand jury a statute for justified lethal forcethat the supreme court already struck downis more of a smoking gun IMO
