California, New York, Texas, Florida, basically all states near the ocean or along the coast will not be here in the next 80 -100 years. They will be underwater.
Sea levels are rising at a rapid rate, and states are shrinking. Throws states have been hit hard by floods and hurricanes. Those were just warnings.
Also, California gets hit hard with wild fires and earthquakes more than any other state, so being on their own as a sovereignty would be a huge mistake. They would not get federal funding or emergency help from the government or other states during those tragedies.
State is doomed one way or another....so they are going to need serious help in the future.
