between 15-60 minutes... depends on what it is.

Nope. Anything I couldn't get at my local grocery store I was able to easily locate at whole foods.

Nothing really. I've stuck mostly to the letter of the diet with the exception of the almond butter cookies, but those were vegan.

>Is it easier or harder than you imagined?
It's easier than I imagined. I definitely didn't think I could make it without meat for this long. Moreover, I didn't think I could consistently workout without eating meat.
