>What's something that the diet restricts that you frequently >ate? (aside from meat) Nothing really. I've stuck mostly to the letter of the diet with the exception of the almond butter cookies, but those were vegan.
>Is it easier or harder than you imagined? It's easier than I imagined. I definitely didn't think I could make it without meat for this long. Moreover, I didn't think I could consistently workout without eating meat.
