Obviously parenting is lacking in so many ways. But even the bestparent can't watch their child's every move nor influences from friends. My question was what proactive measures are people doing as parents to make sure that when their children are exposed to these things, they don't internalize it. They don't begin to think 'oh if this girl in Nelly's video is getting all the attention, I need to do the same thing she's doing.' You know what I mean?
